We will try to explain in a way that is fundamentally from the basics and easy to understand.

Before we talk about the real stuff, one needs to understand that a business is not a job, if you are doing everything by yourself, buddy you have purchased a job for yourself. Now let's ask yourself the following questions:

Are your development partners truly aligned with your mission? Are Miscommunications costing you? GOLDEN RULES

  • First Rule: You want your business to have sales! growth and security are not your priorities at the initial stage. They will be once,w hen you have made a sale. Look at this, if you open up a bakery business and their are no sales then opening another outlet or securing your place with CCTV won't matter that much, it will generally be a lose. I mean some may say we have millions of dollars and it is a long game, it does not matter, Kudos to them! Let's talk real, if you are among the latter, may be this article is not for you because you have made your money, this article is for those fellow business owners who still have to make their few millions.
    SALES SALES SALES, This is a simple fundamental rule of a business -> Sale, if their are no sales then their is no business. If no Sales then no profit. You can continue to have liabilities (expenditures), you can continue to have investments, but the sole agenda of opening up a, for profit business is to make sales.
  • Second Rule: Well lets say you have found a demand in the market and have provided supply with your business model. Well CONGRATULATIONS!!! you have made a sale, now what? Well you have to grow your business and make more sales. This is the second rule, you have to make more sales to make more profits or just to reach break even. But How? well the answer is simple again! MARKETING. What gets seen is what gets sold.

    You need to find a way to market your product. How will you do this?

    1. You may tell your friends and family to buy your product (be it a service or a commodity).

    2. You may tell your your neighborhood that you have a service or a product that they may buy.

    3. You may announce this on social media.

    4. You may have banners or advertisements to say the same.

    5. You may get your website made to advertise your product.

    6. You may play advertisements on Spotify, YouTube or Cable TV, etc.

    7. You may use SEO.

    Now asking your friends, Families and Coworkers (your warm market) is easy comparatively to pitch them the product, and ask them to buy, but this may not really make you millions, unless you are selling a yacht to your friends and family. Well I know for a fact that you are intelligent because you are reading this article of mine and want to really run and grow your business, so lets continue. If you want to grow your one sale into two and then to four and eight and sixteen and then thirty two (well you got the gist) then you need to market to your cold market.


    What is your COLD MARKET ?
    Basically, people that you don't know.

    How would you approach them? Why would they buy your product to increase your sales? Why would they not buy someone's elses product? What makes you different? Why would anyone trust you?

    Coming back to the topic! You need sales to make money, here I am not taking about profit, please keep this in mind. Actually making money is different than making profit. I am pretty sure any business owner who has made even one sale would agree with us.
    We here at SYS Cred when we talk in our initial meetings with our clients, we actually study your business model, because the higher understanding we have of your business model or schema, the better solutions we can build.
    For Example: we had a client you wanted to build a pizza shop from scratch, their priorities were that they want to start small and then eventually grow, they did not had a lot of capital to start with but was enough to start the business. We had about three meetings with the owners, understood what their expectations were for the first few months of the business, we devised a marketing strategy for them, gave them first three months free of any charge to our services, established benchmarks for their sales, we developed their online presence, integrated and derived enhanced advanced analytics about their products like what they were selling, how much, how much was it costing to a fine grain, how much they need to sell each product to make break even, how much ideally do they need to sell in total in a month to accomplish their benchmark, how much buffer do they needs to have behind their product so that they don't go in a loss. What deals should be created to accomplish their benchmarks. Well eventually it all world out and they hit $37,000 in sales alone in their first month, $87,000 in their second and $86,000 in their third.
    Yes, we got permission to share this story of theirs without mentioning their names or any of their business details.
    Well, we are sure, that you think you can do all of this and may have been doing all of this, kudos!!! Imagine if you had a clone of yourself and imagine your clone might be doing all of this, while you take a break and go to the beach of Miami and be enjoying the sun and the sea.

  • Third Rule: Maintain Growth Now that you have figured out a marketing strategy with SYS Cred's help, how would you maintain your growth?

Well that data may include your customers names, their phone numbers, their account (website or POS) information, their emails, additionally, your data, the data that you have collected, your analytics, your financial, your profits, your losses, your employee data, your wifi, computers, POS machines, etc. and so on. You must do this not just for ethical reasons but also for compliance.
